Todd Goffman joined Globalization Partners in January 2020. He has more than 25 years of legal experience, including nearly 21 years as General Counsel of innovative, growth private and public companies, in addition to expertise in human resources, finance, M&A and corporate operations. His experience includes leading the legal departments at Netcracker Technology Corporation, a subsidiary of NEC Corporation, Realitywave and Improv Systems, and advising public and venture-backed companies as a member of one of Boston’s then largest law firms.
Since 2015, Todd has been a volunteer strategic advisor to ThinkMD which was founded by two Professors of Pediatrics at the University of Vermont College of Medicine with a focus on developing technology to eliminate preventable death in children around the world. Todd is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook and Hofstra University School of Law.
Besides having a passion for entrepreneurship, Todd enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling and playing doubles beach volleyball.
